Nothing like what you get in my favourite US fast food joint.
In the US they at least fill your taco, burrito or quesadilla with, well, filing. Not so here in the UK. Rather go and get a Zinger box meal, at the same price as a quesadilla craving box, all I did was crave some Mexican food afterwards.
Never again.

Only the Drive through was open at the taco Bell 1737 Sweetwater Road National City CA.- I placed my order and noted to the cashier that the price was considerably more than normal, I was informed prices had risen. On exiting the drive-through, I checked the receipt and saw I had 2 Beef Supreme Burritos, not 2 Sausage & egg. I then had to stand in the drive for about 6 minutes while getting an adjustment, because the dining room opened at 9:00am. By the time I received my corrected order the Hash Brown was cold. Not what I expect. I did not receive the original receipt but was given the adjusted receipt order Number 401443

I would give this no star if possible. My sister was at taco bell tonight, while I was on the phone with her the entire time, to pick up some food for her and her children. They had her pull up and wait for over 13 minutes until she decided to go back through the drive-thru to get her money back. She told them over the speaker that she had been waiting for 13+ minutes and wanted her money back. No apology. When she gets to the window still no apology. When she asks for the manager, there is constant slamming of the window. When she asked the manager's name because he's being rude, he threatens to call the cops, slams the window in her face, states that her license plate is on camera, slams the window in her face again, and then proceeds to call the police. My sister was nothing but respectful and polite the entire time. She was able to pull off to the side before he caused her to have a panic attack, she began to break down crying, was rendered motionless, blood pressure spiked and had her poor children panicking in the back seat. By this time, they were so busy that cars were wrapped around the parking lot. Instead of tending to their customers, they repeatedly kept coming out to my sister's car harassing and threatening her because she was in the parking lot. She couldn't even move. When I called to get corporate's number (with nothing but respect) they hung up on me as soon I asked. Nobody should go here unless you want to wait for hours on your food at a fast-food restaurant and have the cops called on you. If you're African American you might not make it out alive. I can only imagine the traumatization that my sister and my nieces and nephew experienced and the psychological assistance that they will now need because of this experience at Taco Bell.

Spent over 30 minutes attempting to place an online order. Haven't had this issue on any other sites. Ludicrous the have listed "tell the bell" when they NEVER LISTEN - e-v-e-r! Allows me to select food, once@ check out NEVER lets me submit the order. Submit button FAILS to work. Frustrating & went to TB, told they ONLY accept online orders for build your own $5.00 box. I wasted printing off the order that refused to submit, waste of time, paper. They usually screw up my order anyway every time. Wish Taco J's was still here. Better food, service & all.

So I asked for sour cream and it was only at the end of the taco and when I picked it up it fell out so I ended up with none. If they would paay attention and quit being in such a hurry making sure to put on whole taco not only at end

On may 10th at 11:21 am my daughter and I went thru the drive-thru in Nelsonville Ohio. We get our order and go, home. Open it and the lettuce is rotten. I called the store and all she offered to do was give more rotten food. I said no and she hung up on me. I have called corporate number everyday since and they will not do anything. They say its up, to the district manager. Ummm what? Called health dept

I used come to Taco Bell all the time and always get tacos it will always include tomatoes in the tacos now all of a sudden they started charging $0.45 for a tomatoes I will not be coming there a small drink about 6 oz is now $2 I will not be going back to Taco Bell again

Every time I order they give me things that I didn't order. This place is horrible and I think they need to go out of business. YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS TACO BELL!

I ordered 2 things of taco bell on door dash. Accidentally ordered the first one as pickup so i set the second one as delivery. I call to ask them if they could put the two ordered togther so i could get everything i payed for. THEY HUNG UO HALF WAY THROUGH THE CALL. $#*! TACO BELL.

I was just there at 4:45 p.m. today on April 2nd and I ordered three bean burritos and one of the burritos I open up the wrapping a long black piece of hair was in it that is disgusting that they're not following protocol for safety measures for preparing food so I will never eat there again

I went to taco bell 3 times. Each time the food was cold.
The third time I went there I could not take it anymore and got my refunds, reported the workers there, and left for good.

Went to Taco Bell on Four Seasons Blvd. Hendersonville, NC today. The online web site said the location was open for dine in. When I got there the doors were locked. If they are going to be closed for dine in then they should update their site. There was a Doordash delivery person by the door and she couldn't get in to get her order. They told her to knock but no one came to the door. Not the way to run a business.
